About This Role

The Head of Banking Operations will own the Crimson operations end-to-end. You will be responsible for managing bank partner relationships and owning the P&L for the Crimson product line. Additionally, you will drive the operational roadmap for how the company scales its financial services. This role involves launching and scaling zero-to-one products that redefine how Dashers interact with their money.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Significant professional experience in banking operations or fintech.
  • Additional: Proven track record in managing P&L and partner relationships.
