The Payroll Coordinator will support payroll operations for the company. Responsibilities include processing and auditing employee payroll and HR data in Paylocity, ensuring accurate new hire onboarding, and managing employee records. The role also involves entering status, wage, and deduction changes while assisting with payroll reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of payroll experience required.
- Must be comfortable handling sensitive employee information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills Required
- Payroll processing and auditing
- Proficiency in Paylocity or similar systems
- Strong organizational and data accuracy skills
Salary & Location
$18–$20 per hour based on experience. This is a remote position based in TX or GA, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
