About This Role

This job helps REI succeed through examination, accurate forecasting, vendor relations, and managing product inventory to meet financial goals. The analyst is responsible for maintaining solid business relationships and communication with Merchandising Product and Replenishment teams, vendor partners, and cross-divisional colleagues. You will provide detailed and accurate business insights to support growth for Retail stores and Digital businesses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Professional experience in forecasting, inventory management, or data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-divisional teams.
