Additionally, the candidate will work to maximize quality products, reduce claims in the mainline, and minimize cold end-related losses and breakdowns. The position also requires a focus on 5S improvements in the cold end area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in shop floor and cold end operations is required.
- Additional: Strong understanding of safety protocols and 5S methodology.
