About This Role

Shield AI is seeking a driven and mission-focused Business Development Manager to drive growth across the United States Marine Corps (USMC) enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering autonomous systems that solve real operational challenges for the warfighter. This role owns the USMC pipeline and bookings target across Shield AI’s autonomy software and unmanned systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience in business development, preferably within the defense or autonomous systems sector.
  • Strong understanding of USMC operational requirements and procurement processes.
