About This Role
The Director of Hiring and Training will serve as the primary gatekeeper for the 7Crew family, responsible for hand-selecting every new team member. You will be tasked with hiring and training 60-75 new "brewistas" for each new stand opening while ensuring consistency across the board. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Baller Manager to maintain high standards of training and assist in backfilling existing stands within your region.
