Vacancy Details

The role is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining luxury hospitality facilities. The technician will handle daily, preventive, and scheduled maintenance across guest areas, kitchens, docks, and utility spaces. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, minor plumbing, electrical fault-finding, carpentry, and painting. You will also conduct routine inspections of MEP systems including pumps, valves, and filters.

  • Proven experience as a maintenance professional.
  • Strong troubleshooting and practical repair skills.
  • Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
