About This Role

In this role, you will collaborate directly with Tendem Agents—AI systems designed to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks—while you provide the necessary critical thinking and creative oversight. Your primary responsibility is to transform rough drafts and briefs into clean, on-brand, and professional web-ready designs. You will be expected to leverage your domain expertise to ensure that the final output meets the high standards required for tech-forward marketing pages and digital interfaces.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Proficiency in web design principles; formal degree in Design or related field preferred but not strictly mandated.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in UI/web design, marketing pages, and digital visual communications.
