About This Role
The Director of Educational Partnerships will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive enterprise strategy to engage colleges, universities, and technical schools. You will work to create structured pathways for students to transition into roles within sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), and dealership operations. This position requires a candidate who can articulate Sonic’s high-performance culture to academic partners and build sustainable, long-term talent pipelines that support the company's evolving retail environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in university relations, talent acquisition, or educational partnership management.
