The Opportunity

The selected consultant will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end financial and customer interaction processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert support for SAP FICO and Customer Interaction Center (CIC) modules.
  • Managing Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process workflows.
  • Overseeing the technical integration between SAP systems and High Radius platforms.
  • Collaborating across functional teams to ensure seamless digital transformation for the client.
