About the role

As the Storefront and CRO Manager, you will serve as the central point of expertise for all storefront operations. You will be responsible for owning and driving the user experience across Crazy Domains, Vodien, and BigRock, while providing strategic support to the wider Digipac group. Your work will involve managing a variety of platforms, including WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, and proprietary in-house stacks, to ensure a coherent and optimized customer journey.

Eligibility

  • Proven experience in managing eCommerce storefronts and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong understanding of web platforms such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Ability to manage complex roadmaps and cross-functional brand requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills to drive data-backed improvements to the storefront experience.
